    Re: Don't do Modifications

I didn't know that it was upto the person driving the car to call them selves a boy racer, it is a label that is applied to said driver by other people, how do you earn boy racer status???

Drive around like a fool trying to race everyone and their dad. I believe that the term boy racer is one used in detriment to describe said fools.

The 'gangsters' I know call themselves 'boy racers'

There's got to be better things in life than trying to show off your hatchback to slags???

    Re: Don't do Modifications

i am far from good at racing but it aint arf good fun to get the adrenalin going.  i had one of those 'shite cars' (ka Sport) it was fab flying down the dual carriage ways, playing games with big 'fast cars'.  i could kick ass on the roundabouts but they always got me on he straights cos could only get to about 110 and that took an age

    happy dicking about

    Re: Don't do Modifications

i agree with ya.  knowing what you and your car are capable of is the key.  some people drive iwthout any care and consideration for others, was watching a programme other night where some idiot was racing her subaru with kids in the back - if you ask me she deserved a kick in the cat.  time and place saying comes to mind

    Re: Don't do Modifications

Had this arguement with some guy i used to work with, now i thought the vectra 1.8 has a 0-60 of 11.9 secs? so what could it possibly dust, apart from a car that tops out at 100mph, or a fiesta 1.4 lol
