Went to fitness first to do some trianing yesterday, thought i would check the state of the drinks machine, it looks like some of the nozzles have been cleaned... but now its out of order again

And then it happened, last week i turned up to the gym to find a member at the counter with a cut on his leg... i wonder what has happened???? the cable fly machine cable had snapped and whipped his leg, a minor injury, but an injury none the less and one that could have been avoided had the staff listened to countless complaints!!! ... to top it all...

Just a little note about the soft drinks machine at fitness first in Newport... have you been suffering with upset stomach? well i have, for months now on and off, and i think i have found the cause. Next time you visit Fitness First in Newport check out the dire state of the nozzles on the soft drinks machine... now i train in the gym, 5-6 times per...
