We don't really use those anymore, a demonstration of the technique more than anyhting, we used to get there at peak so they were the only one available.

Lol, i've been training solid for nearly 9 months now and have only put on 2.5 kilo's, so now im just under 17 stone, a propper little fattie, i'll have to strat posting some pictures on here to track my progress, got some training vids too...
